How to Place an Order
If you have an electronic document
(text, article) to be translated:
Send us your file via
E-mail in any format:
.DOC, .TXT, .RTF, .PDF, .HTML, .XML, etc. (better in ZIP-file).
If you have a handwritten document, photocopy, Xerox copy, etc:
Please scan your document and send it via
E-mail
as an image (.JPG, .GIF, .TIFF, etc.)
If you have images:
Please do the same
If you want to translate an existing
online website (s) or some pages from it: Please send us list of hyperlinks
If you want to localize your website in
other languages: Please put all files (keeping directory structure) in a single
folder, create a zip-archive or rar-archive (about rar-archives see below)
of this folder and send it via
E-mail
If you have software that needs
localization in other languages:
Please send it to us or give us hyperlink to the URL from where we could download it
Important notes:
If your file exceeds 5 MB it would be
desirable (to make sure it is delivered successfully) to divide it in some
pieces of 2 MB using software that creates such archives.
This software can be downloaded absolutely free at
http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm.
Each part has to be sent with a single message
Please indicate the target language
(to which you want your file being translated) and the deadline
It would be better if you indicate your country and city. This help us
offer you the most economic, fast and reliable ways of payment
